After witnessing the appalling neglect of her mother and other patients, Julie launches a local campaign group to expose the awful truth at Stafford Hospital. Despite local hostility, threats and intimidation she perseveres forcing a full Public Inquiry that results in recommendations to put the interests of patients first, right across the NHS.
