Virginia Tech Students Accused of Murdering 13-Year-Old Girl: The Victim’s Father Speaks Out

E97    Feb 10, 2016    45m    TV-PG
Thirteen-year-old Nicole Lovell disappeared from her Blacksburg, VA home on January 27, after barricading her dresser against her door and reportedly climbing out her bedroom window. She took her special cartoon Minions blanket, but left behind life-saving medication. After a massive three-day search, her parents’ worst nightmare became a reality: Nicole’s body was discovered by the side of a road in North Carolina. Police arrested two unlikely suspects, 18-year-old David Eisenhauer and 19-year-old Natalie Keepers, both Virginia Tech freshmen. Eisenhauer, a collegiate athlete, and Keepers, a former NASA intern, have both been accused of plotting Nicole’s murder and luring her to her death. It has been reported that the day she snuck out of her house, 13-year-old Nicole, who reportedly met Eisenhauer on a popular smartphone messaging app, thought she was meeting him for a date.
