Savannah, Ga., natives Dana Boyd and Tony Griffin have dreamed of buying a waterfront home all their lives, and now they are ready to make that dream come true. They are looking for a house in Richmond Hill, a marshland community just south of Savannah. Boyd would like the home to have good feng shui, while Griffin's main concern is a boat dock and access to deep water. Real estate agent LaTrelle Pevey, who helped this couple buy their current place in the city, has agreed to help them look for their new country home.
